Grievance Process -
This applies to ALL members – coaches, team managers and parents
Conversation with team manager or coach, flagging the issue.
Any team or member issues need to be in writing to the President, for discussion with the appropriate committee.
Grievance correspondence needs to include specific issues or incidents and the desired outcome.
Once correspondence has been addressed by the committee, the outcome will be sent in writing to the included parties.
We ask you to remember that the coaches and team managers are volunteers, the players are children and we do our best to maintain a positive and cooperative environment within our Club,
However issues can arise during the season and unless the grievance process is applied, it is difficult to create resolution.
