REGISTER YOUR CHILD TO PLAY
STEP 1 - Set up an account with PlayHQ
Set up an account with PlayHQ - follow this link https://www.playhq.com/signup
Register yourself as a parent and enter ALL children under your SINGLE profile.
You do not need multiple accounts for multiple children playing, or multiple associations.
This single account will be utilised for ALL BASKETBALL events within Victoria, including:
Domestic basketball
Representative basketball
Basketball camps
STEP 2 - Pay registration with Basketball Victoria
In order to play with the Avengers and be placed in a team, every child needs to register with Basketball Victoria and pay for the annual participation license.
The annual participation license through Basketball Victoria, is a subscription that lasts for 12 months from the date of purchase.
* Any fill in players, will have to register with Basketball Victoria, after their second game.
** We are unable to refund the Basketball Victoria annual subscription fee, all concerns need to be directed to Basketball Victoria.
STEP 3 - Complete registration for Avengers under your PlayHQ profile
Complete registration via THIS LINK under your PlayHQ account
STEP 4 - Add your child/ren to your PlayHQ profile
Add each of your children to your profile.
While we will endeavour to place each child within a suitable team, completion of registration offers no guarantee that a place will be available.
STEP 4 - If you are a COACH or TEAM MANAGER register with Basketball Victoria via your PlayHQ profile
If you are a Coach or Team Manager, Basketball Victoria requires you to register your details with them
FEE PAYMENT
Payments for each season are collected by the club upon registration.
Fees are all inclusive of team registration fee, team sheets, end of season events, participation awards and club administrative costs.
